Besides month and quarter close, great work/life balance. As long as you openly communicate with your manager, can easily work around appointments or other commitments outside of work during the day without issue.

Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

Minpunten

No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
