Pluspunten

Some of the people were great to know. They were willing to help new associates learn the ropes. We had great opporunities to meet lots of different people some pleasant and some unpleasant. I would recommend the job if u need a place to work that pays pretty decent especially if you work third shift.

Minpunten

The management were not very nice. They had favorites people they would things for and hardly listened to ideas. (at the location i worked)

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
