      Good coworkers, after work activities. New friends. Lenient with scheduling. Managers generally tend to know you by name. Hard to get fired.

      Minpunten

      Boring. Managers are incompetent when it comes to strategy. Have us doing overnights job for them. Short staffed almost all the time. High turnover rate.

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
