Willing to be flexible and works with employees schedule around personal needs if given enough notice.

Minpunten

Need to schedule better across the board in all depts instead of just using a few and then making other depts cover understaffed depts!

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
