Minpunten

Culture of mediocracy. Appraisal and promotion is a linear function of time spent . They do not want to retain people who can deliver, hence the mass exodus in the past months. Very difficult to voice your opinion and be listened

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
