Your experience can vary wildly depending on your manager. Get a bad one and you'll be miserable. Get a good one and this is one of the best companies around to work for. Health care benefits are below-average.

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
