      Poor product training, lack of upward mobility, elimination of lower management positions to save money, your position means nothing as they will send you to whatever department they feel like at any time for any reason

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
