Good tech. Good salary. Knowledgeable people but not ready to share. Competitive spirit.

Minpunten

Extremely Overburdened. Top Management knows as this has been raised many times but they keep quiet about it. Not well thought and organised plan for projects. Unrealistic deadline each and every single time. Told that it's a 10 mins work and they themselves are sitting days and nights to complete it. How much wrong a person has to be to do such a mistake again and again.

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
