Love the associates hard working good benefits

Minpunten

No appreciation, take advantage. Not enough pay unless u want to work 24/7. Pay for associates to go to a training program. But yet no store managers stand by it. Horrible morale. Unless your in the click and agree to everything said that's not right or by standards. They love to wing it.

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
