Expect to have little time to do job role as outlined and majority doing the work not completed by others. There is no job in the store that you won’t find yourself doing. Expect store managers to chase metrics not drive the company “visions” of empowering associates and development. Processes are out of touch of reality. Thin teams to do massive workloads.
