Pluspunten

Benefits are good and you get 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years. It's very hard to get fired unless you don't show up to work.

Minpunten

Management can be hard to get along with in some stores but that's in any retail job. They pay in it that great.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
