they will always have work Wal-mart will always be around and never go out of business Average pay, no better or worse than others

hard to move to different department or move up average management, and sometimes the management is no better than their employees never hire for full time. they will only hire for part time. benefits are only offered to full time very little communication and changes are constantly being made

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
