decent benefits as far as payed holidays,personal time and sick pay,also stock options and a good 401 plan

Minpunten

High level of expectations for one person to handle,your expected to have your dept. 100% ,without associates ,coming in to pallets of freight,and in between ,helping other depts.'ring register ,customer service,push carts,while mngmnt sits in the office

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Minpunten

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
