Room to grow and climb the corporate ladder if you would like. Open communication with managers and district managers for all associates.

Minpunten

Management positions seem to be the most stressful positions. No vacations are allowed for any associates from about November 9th to January 2nd.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
