Wal-mart is one of the largest employers in the USA. The pay is reasonable. They offer benefits to associates. The associates make you feel like family.

Minpunten

Sometimes it feels like your ideas or opinions don't matter. Management has their mind made up most of the time. If they like you you'll do well. If you give them one reason no to like you, look out.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
