Coaches that are not in the department keep putting the fingers in youre department pushing youre departments coach on the side burner, you will be made to be cap2, cart pusher, grochery, register, and serivice writer. all the while youre still responsible for doing the job you applied for.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
