Good PTO and good bonuses if your store does well

Minpunten

5 10 hour shifts sometimes more if your store is bad. Long hours make your hourly rate less than your supervisors have to make up for it with your bonus which you won’t always get. Poor direction from market team and home office

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
