The worst company I have ever worked. Manager will play such cheap politics with the people who can actually work. After complaining against manager to HR and higher management, no action will be taken. Instead they will give you worst rating, 0% hike 0%bonus. And also in some cases they will try to put you on PIP then fire you. So don’t join this company. This company made my life hell.

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
