Pluspunten
Modern technologies that can shine on your resume. But again, if you are in bay area, you usually won't find companies working on legacy technologies.
Minpunten
Nothing is organized except HR and the reason is that HR is outsourced. There is no concept of work hours. Expect to work anytime of the day. You usually work on weekends. During my stay at Wanclouds, I was required in meetings nearly 70-80% of time on weekends. Unnecessary and useless meetings: One guy would be coding and everyone else is literary required to stare on his screen. You would be asked to work on weekends - sometimes even at 3am. Its not emergency downtime that you are fixing, you are building the product. DevOps, development, operations .. all is intermixed. Company doesn't provide work laptops. You have to use your own. Yes you share screen on your personal laptop. Very fake, unnecessary fast paced and agility of development. To the extent that you have to go back and refactor every so often. Though a small startup, but company is making three separate products, company is also a recruitment firm (providing workforce to other companies) and doing consultancy for other companies. Company culture is abusive. You have to remain on your heals all the time - including offtime, weekends and even 3 am. Because if you will take a evening off on weekend, someone else will be asked to jump in and do you work. There is a sense of toxic competition created between employees. They are encouraged to jump into other's personal space and demarcation. CEO (Faiz Khan) is ethically challenged. He was my direct manager so I am writing this based on personal interactions with him. CEO is basically a liar. He would promise things to hire you. Afterwards he will not straightforward deny but will make excusing but will stall on simple things to do. All reminder will fall of deaf ears. He would discuss you with other employees of the company. He hired engineers in Islamabad and asked them to tell their client that they are Cisco's employees. He hired part-time students in Lahore and asked them to lie to Cisco that they are full time engineers for Wanclouds. If you are prospective hire and you are still so adamant to join this company, make sure you put each and every vocal promise in the contract. CEO makes a personal relation with you. He might say "this is your own company and it won't be a problem" but once you are hired you are more like a slave then employee.
