      Decent company culture, could be better but decent. Great opportunity to learn. Decent people leaders. Decent benefits.

      Not an easy product to learn. Little to no internal opportunity for growth. Company clearly focused on hiring cheap over-seas labour than finding value, future forward talent to grow. Great stand out work mates and upper management that clearly deserve more pay, Felt a little bit undervalued for work contributions. Not ideal if you value good work life balance. It’s draining on your body physically, even though it’s remote…

      I have been working at Wave for over three years. I have watched the company grow from 70 employees to over 250. I can genuinely say the culture has remained to be one that feels like a family, we push each other to be the best we can be, and the leadership team is truly supportive. Looking back at my time at Wave has been incredible. The room for growth is enormous, and if you have passion, drive and love, what you do, Wave makes anything possible. Not only do we have a yoga room, an arcade, beer fridge and unlimited snacks; it's more than just that. The people, the leadership and our customers also make this all possible and make Wave a great place to work.

      There are no RRSPs, as a young professional this is top of mind when it comes to saving for retirement.
