      Some nice people work there!

      Minpunten

      Management does very little. They recently promoted a lineman to management! Unfortunately, the person they promoted was extremely lazy when he was a lineman. Refused to work on the road and do on call. Cheated the company every chance he had! Not a very good example of what management should be going for!

      Management is effective and approachable, coworkers are talented and work hard, excellent environment and company atmosphere

      Minpunten

      Pay was too low and not right for my experience level. At times, workload was too light and I felt stuck but my surrounding team coworkers were each so busy they couldn't train me to even take over anything to help them. Training was a bit "throw you into the fire" style but works out for most.
