Pluspunten
- Company is focused on growth: not just its own metrics, but its employees'. I know a few people who took classes which WayUp paid for; and everyone loves the Lunch and Learns and the weekly all hands (where people show/teach each other what we're working on) etc....
- Everyone here keeps saying this, but again, the people are the best; the smartest employee group I've ever encountered
- CEO is inspiring and so smart, and self-aware of what she does and doesnt know (she's young but seems to have lots of mentorship); she works way too much though so hopefully the VPs they're hiring will take things off her plate
- Mission is great
- I've never felt micromanaged in my job. I think the only people who get micromanaged are the people who aren't right for their job, and they tend to not be around long
- Company moves so fast
Minpunten
- Liz and JJ are currently hiring their Senior Management team, which we all are excited for. Based on the first hire of the three, I'm optimistic about the other two. But in the meantime, the company has gotten to where it is today through mid-level leaders who were learning on the job. This has been a growing pain for everyone at the company, which I think everyone is excited to get past
- There were a lot of really bad hiring mistakes made in 2016 that resulted in some not-great people joining (most of them are now gone) and seemingly leaving bad glassdoor reviews lol
