Growth is an understatement here, as Waymark puts you in the driver's seat on where you want to go. Also the teams are REALLY kind and light hearted. The managers are ready to hear your ideas and teammates are always down for a quick connect on anything. Support is equally distributed and everyone takes the initiative to uplift others when they can.
