-As an intern, asking questions was treated like a burden instead of part of learning. Guidance was minimal, and mistakes were not approached as teachable moments.
-Interns were compared to higher-level students rather than supported at their own stage of training.
-Leadership occasionally made belittling comments about educational backgrounds, which felt unprofessional and discouraging.
-The overall atmosphere was tense, many days felt like “walking on eggshells.”
-Negative culture, including gossip about colleagues and even clients, created a toxic and disheartening environment.
