Four years in and I still enjoy coming to work. The people make it. We do kickball, team events, food truck days. The LiveWellFX wellness program is a nice touch - they actually incentivize healthy habits with real rewards not just a newsletter about drinking water. The merit based promotion system means if you put in the work you move up. Nobody is stuck waiting around for a slot to open. I've watched several people on my team get promoted and it was earned every time.
Minpunten
The pace can be a lot. There are stretches where everything piles up at once and you're running hard for weeks. Also the 1% better every day thing - love it in theory but some days you just want to keep your head above water. Not every week is going to be a growth week and that's ok.
