eCommerce is an interesting space. If you learn it well, there is potential to make a long term career out of your knowledge base.

During my short time with the company, I worked as an "independent contractor" out of their Roseville, US location. I had two managers who participated in sexually explicit conversations, created office gossip and verbally harassed other employees. It was clear that management had little to no experience or guidance. Targets were unclear and extensive training was of no use.

People are the best part.

HR team is too small. Not all HR cases are followed-up on which doesn't make one feel safe in the office.
