Contractors required to work certain times/shifts as an employee but not treated as one Paychecks are irregular, never know when they will arrive even with DD, and when they are weeks late Contractors are told they need to "budget" rather than fixing the issue of nonpayment Higher positions are never hired "within", they don't even alert current workers to opportunities, but simply hire out, leaving no room for advancement Managers do not utilize workers skills/talents efficiently, rather treated as bean counter Communication between multiple (unnecessary amount of) managers to staff is convoluted. Not uncommon for several emails within minutes to change plans, clear up communication, etc. Hire new contractors for higher pay than long time (8yr) veterans in same position. Took 3 months for a pay raise to equal, but nothing more for seniority pay.
