Pay to responsibility ratio is not great and the gap is widening
No bonus
Benefits are incredibly stale and haven't drastically changed in any meaningful way in my time here
Company provided holidays aren't competitive
Culture outside of your immediate team is very cliquey
Upper management feels disconnected from day-to-day operations
Career growth past mid range is non-existent, the entire department feels stale
Department is small enough that directors and VPs will message you directly but big enough that accomplishments go unrecongized
Corporate management sweeps things under the rug to avoid broader employee visibility
Department heads aim to avoid layoffs but it's very clear that quality of life is being leveraged as a way to reduce headcount
