Pending litigation because of HR issues with other employees. Routinely and unexpectedly terminate people a few weeks prior to major holidays like Easter and Christmas. Roll out new pay plans and schedules without notice. Create a hostile work environment through lack of HR guidance. Most employees are abandoning ship. Management will intentionally sabotage any employee they wish to terminate, in spite of performance. Very stressful environment.
