Great place to work. Beautiful, well maintained facility. Private individual owner Upscale skilled nursing/nursing home facility. Enough employees to enable employees to provide excellent care. Good pay, ok benefits, director of nursing and administrator are hands on, down to earth, and respectful of employees and patients/families. Employees take pride in providing great care.

Recently sold to large company (Vanguard) and many employees quit or were terminated. Staff unhappy.

Nothing I can come up with.

It was sold on 12/31/2012 and it has been down hill since. From individual family ownership to now part of a chain the staffing has gone from the highest in the state to the minimum required by law. It is tough to provide good care when there isn't enough staff to meet the needs of the patients. So bad that patients and doctors call 911 themselves to get the attention needed. Major lay offs since 1/1 and even the mainteance staff has to help get the patients fed.
