There's a lot to address in the review. Let's start at the beginning. I have built a lot of structure in the agency and continue to add more all the time. For someone to have three supervisors in that amount of time is very rare - and I'm sure that made it difficult for you. Bouncing paychecks - that was an isolated incidence four years ago for a couple of employees, who were paid immediately. Our San Diego expansion was costly, and that timing coincided with our largest client falling four months behind. We don't put all of the bios on our website because no agency does.
