Senior management encourages and promotes personal professional development for all employees. Professional, hardworking and high integrity employees give the company a very high customer retention and repeat-business rating. The company is in growth mode through strategic acquisitions and just moved in to the new office space on Main Street in Speedway. The senior leadership team is loyal to employees, and has invested in them heavily.

With Wilcox's current growth, naturally there have been some challenges in upgrading processes and internal systems. However, attention and effort are being applied to the appropriate areas and the end result will be a highly efficient company in all aspects, from Human Resources to Accounting to Sales to Project Management.
