I don't have any pros to share. At first they were supportive of a healthy work-life balance, they provided great benefits, but all of this slowly disappeared.

Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
