Pluspunten
The company has put new leadership in place in January 2023 and has made great strides! The new leaders know what they are doing and they care about the employees. They are creating a culture of transparency and accountability. A lot of the poor performers or problem employees have since left the organization and there is a positive shift happening. The leaders make themselves available to everyone at all levels of the organization and hold quarterly all hands meetings that I have found to be very helpful and inspiring.
Minpunten
There are still some pockets of negativity in the organization but they are known and steps are being taken to address that. There is a lot of change happening right now and for some that is hard but leaders are doing a good job of communicating what is going on and why.
