We collaborate on a daily basis to get the job done! It is very rewarding when we have a placement that goes over smooth and tactical which is a process that we will continue to implement across the board. WinMax has shown me grit and determination as well as living by the concept that Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!

-The Staffing and Recruiting Vertical requires urgency and persistency. Because of this, sometimes there is work to do in the later hours and evenings. But getting people started on time and answering questions accordingly is part of the job so I wouldn't even consider this to be a con!

Spent months trying to coordinate hiring pipelines with engineering and finance, but information just stopped at departmental boundaries. No one in my position had visibility into what other teams actually needed, so I kept working off outdated or incomplete data. I would schedule meetings, send emails, and the responses came back in fragments or not at all. It felt like entire departments were operating in separate universes. People above just accepted this as normal and made decisions without basic information, which cascaded down and made everything harder. The core problem was not that communication was difficult-it was that the infrastructure and culture did not support it at all
