1) The company had some 110 employees as in 2023; however, it has set policies like an MNC. 2) The work to date (as of 2024) is remote. You can chose to attend the office if you want. 3) For Sales team, there are no set work times; you just attend daily stand-ups at time and take up client meetings whenever you have one. 4) The work culture is very friendly. The HRs keep organising team bonding sessions, games frequently. Teams plan trips together in the year end. 5) Leaves are approved without much hassle, and salaries are paid on time.
Minpunten
1) For new joinees, remote work can be troublesome as the company's internal communication system is quite messed up. (it is done using Google work suite; not a medium like slack and getting response is too slow at times). 2) The current head of sales, Ronee, is super arrogant and rude. The other members are very polite. 3) The upper management are not fair to freshers. Freshers are not taken into team meetings until they complete probation, hence you can feel cut off from the company sometimes. 4) Feedback is not timely and genuine. You can be deceived by people being super friendly until they stab you in the back in the review session. 5) Variable pay is paid every six months with too many terms and conditions. Try to negotiate for a more fixed portion of your pay.
