1- leadership are often people who were promoted too early on in their careers and do not know how to manage people nor have experience at other companies 2- lots of leaders have very limited industry experience and most of their career was at WorkBoard 3- EXTREME lack of accountability of leadership 4- Inconsistent processes across teams - leadership cannot standardize how to operate even after providing feedback to leadership 5- NO TRUST: Literally our CEO said no layoffs in March and then come May & June, 30% of the company was laid off. There is no trust and morale at this company
