If you have a problem, just talk to someone and it will more then likely get resolved.

Personally the commute is a bit difficult, but generally fairly easy to access if you know the roads.

Good working environment with an open, employee focused culture. All needs are filled: food, coffee, good dev machines, quiet environment to work in.

Bit out of the way to the train station, but bus links are strong enough.
