Pluspunten
The employees who work here care about making the world a better place. There are a few different departments under the non-profit, Workers Assistance Program. If you come in and do your job, it is very easy to work here and get along with everyone. Many employees go work out or go for walks for an hour each day during work hours for wellness. After 18 months, there is an opportunity to work from home one day a week. Employees can volunteer up to 40 hours a year. The atmosphere is laid back, some people wear sweatpants to work! I've never once been told I can't take time off, there is a good amount of vacation and sick time awarded.
Minpunten
The salaries are pretty reflective of a non-profit receiving funding from government grants. Some things take a long process to get accomplished. Some of the previous negative reviews are from former employees who worked at WAP before it became under new management and their frustrations are really no longer an issue.
