Pluspunten

1. A few good colleague who are knowledgeable and helpful 2. Good time to negotiate for higher salary as turnover rate is at an all time high and company is very understaffed at the moment

Minpunten

1. CEO over promises everything but does not act on them 2. Literally no fixed hierarchy system, titles keeps changing every few months. Org structure only has 3 levels (CEO, Associate Director (AD) and staff) 3. CEO does not show up to office and only gets feedback from ADs. And therefore have no clear knowledge on what really happens on the ground. 4. ADs job is to just delegate work to the staff and blames them if anything goes wrong. 5. ADs knowledge on the product is very questionable. 6. Subpar benefits. 7. Bulk of the company position are outsourced to other countries, these positions are filled by staff who are moonlighting without the CEO knowledge (allegedly) which says alot about the quality of the product. 8. Company is promoted as an AI company, which isnt true. AI is only part of RnD and the current product has no AI features. 9. Product is not stable even after 10 years. Full of bugs and problems are just being swept under the rug by fixing with hard-code. 10. Product is used by most hospitals in singapore, but security for production environment is a joke. Digital security for the product is a joke in general. 11. Outdated knowledge base. No proper documentation for new comers to refer to. Any existing documentation are all outdated making learning difficult. 12. CEO prioritizes desirability over feasibility, resulting in unnecessary OTs. 13. Understaffed, but CEO is in denial and blames the remaining staff on their lack of knowledge which is causing the slow progress within the product. 14. CEO forced location and time tracking of all staff using own product and play it off as a method to test the product. Honestly, don't waste your time on this company, there is a reason why the turnover rate is so high. CEO does not know how to run a business and ADs are just as equally incompetent. Upper management is a joke.

Pluspunten

Flexibility of WFH, which has since been taken away. Luckily I have left the company before that took effect. Colleagues are helpful and nice.

Minpunten

The CEO has an extremely high ego who likes to shift blame and gaslights his employees whenever something goes wrong. He does not take the time to reflect on himself, instead constantly putting down his employees whenever possible. Extremely hard person to work with, especially if you are reporting to him. He expects people to put the company's best interest as priority yet he does not value employee's welfare at all. Always talk about change and improvement when his the problem.

Pluspunten

Working at Workforce Optimizer as a Business Analyst has been a strong learning experience. You get exposure to complex workforce management domains such as rostering, optimization, and system integrations, which is valuable early in your career.

Minpunten

At the same time, the organization would benefit from stronger structure and clearer processes. Documentation, onboarding, and internal frameworks can be inconsistent, which means a lot of learning is self-driven.
