They have a true team/family atmosphere. They have unlimited PTO. Yes you heard right, Unlimited PTO. They have an amazing Customer Experience team that includes the best Support Department I have ever seen. My shout outs to Aaron Wood the Tier 1 Support Engineers team manager. The CTO, Steve ZoBell, is in my opinion one of the coolest and most focused on quality people I have ever met. He can keep you smiling at work while you pump out great product. HR is the most approachable, HR department I have worked for. Really friendly and you feel they have a true concern for the company's employees needs and wants. The CEO, Alex Shootman, is also very approachable. He wears a friendly smile and you can get a sense of the brilliant mind within. He believes in what the company does and trickles that enthusiasm down to everyone. He's focused on making sure we are providing a great product and a great customer service feel to each interaction. The Educators are awesome here at Workfront. And that is not a biased opinion ;)

Not really any cons I can think of. Maybe a slight tendency to hire from the outside rather than the talent within at some positions.
