Pluspunten
- Incredible culture and work-life balance. Having worked at places that are truly toxic, the positive and supportive energy at Workhuman is a breath of fresh air.
- Onsite amenities (gym, wellness suites, free hot lunch 2x weekly, stocked kitchen)
- Opportunity to do meaningful work
- Growing responsiveness to feedback. In recent company meetings, leaders have indicated that they have heard employee feedback and are actioning it. Would love to see even more of this!
Minpunten
- Inconsistency in how leaders hold themselves and their teams accountable. Some leaders are incredible, most are solid, but there are a handful of key leaders that are pretty abysmal, both in their abilities to deliver results and to support their teams. Every company has these leaders, but I think a challenge for Workhuman in general is managing poor performance.
- Three days in office required for hybrid employees. This con is mitigated somewhat by the great amenities onsite.
- Salary lags the market a bit. This con is also mitigated a bit by the onsite amenities as well as the work-life balance.
