      Nice co-workers, Good salary. Not in the office all 5 days. Popcorn in the lobby.

      Minpunten

      Leadership does not know what they are doing, toxic environment, lots of people leaving, work demand is unrealistic, low morale. Hybrid work expectations- Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office (unless you live more than 50 miles away from the office that is located in Doral, FL). If you want to keep your job, keep the head down and do not give your opinion.

      Great coworkers who genuinely supported one another and created a strong team atmosphere. Fast-paced environment where every day mattered and you learned to think quickly and work under pressure.

      Minpunten

      Shift work can be challenging, and the workload is often very busy. Because it is an operations-focused role, the work can become repetitive over time with fewer opportunities for long-term projects or process improvement initiatives.
