Pluspunten
I currently work for WF and in all honesty the company especially the talent team are extremely supportive. The Head of Talent genuinely cares about the team and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is carried out correctly but also values your learning in the process. Initially I had my reservations due to it being a very Chinese company culture but as soon as I joined I loved it, everyone is so nice to work with, extremely respectful and really do make an effort to make everyone feel welcome. Lovely events on constantly giving you a good balance ay work and opportunity to network. I never thought I would enjoy being in the office but find myself missing the office hours over the weekend because the team really do know when to work and when to take a break.
