The programme is spread out over two years and is split into four 6 month placements. They provide full support for your first line manager role in the business and ensure there is sufficient help everywhere you go! FTTP candidates are treated with respect and Managers are keen to help you along!

      I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth.
