This was a union position. The pay and benefits are outstanding; I don' think any company pays more for comparable work. Strong safety culture, no-nonsense safety attitude. There is tremendous job security here and many different careers to pursue once working here; they offer tuition reimbursement (80%) so you can prepare yourself for other career opportunities. They will hire and promote from within if you have the desired qualifications and aptitude. Good people skills/social intelligence will go a long way here. Good place to work.
