very good place for advancement, really make you feel involved and important

Minpunten

call center has varying shifts, which sucks and makes planning vacations difficult. and they wont work around other work schedules at all, or any other schedules besides school.

Because the company has a bottom line, promotional paths aren't really a thing beyond individual contributor to manager. I don't know what the next level up would be besides that.
