Skilled labor, good benefits. Prestige of working for an icon in the World.

Minpunten

Fewer employees sharing the work. Dispatchers don't know what they are doing. Techs travel is no longer logical or territorial. Xerox had it all and squandered it through lean six sigma, micro managing, and unrealistic expectations.

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
