- The worst morale of any company I've ever worked for - There is absolutely no direction, no targets, no strategy, no leadership - C level has no integrity. You will not hear from them for months and then they will fire you over the phone with no warning. They sit out of Australia so anyone in any satellite branch is incredibly disconnected from everything. - The job itself is not stable. They do mass layoffs constantly, the place is a revolving door regardless of performance. With no direction, they do not care about making you successful, they fire indiscriminately. If you need a stable job, I advise staying away, no matter how nice the offer looks. - Especially when you start the environment is hostile. Employees know that no one stays long, so they aren't friendly.
