HR was very serious about quarterly goals, which was a great opportunity to learn a skill you might be lacking. The supervisors really wanted each employee to feel they could grow in their role.
Minpunten
There was a ton of changes going on and it was extremely unorganized. The nature of the job required a lot of very last minute changes. However, things were slowly coming back together when I left.
